Globalizer includes full support for localizing WPF applications and components, including previewing windows and controls in Globalizer and changing the application user interface culture at runtime.
This article on Code Project gives some details of the Resx Extension used for localizing WPF applications. Globalizer can automatically convert existing WPF code to use the Resx Extension.
