I have a project, in which I have locked several items. Some of this items are writen in the XLIFF-file. I have also tried to exclude + remove this items, but they are still written in the XLIFF-file.

For example the item groupPanel1.Location is written in the export file when the item is locked and this filters are set:

If you remove and exclude them then I can't see how they could be getting written at all. Its possible that locked items are incorrectly exported to XLIFF - I would need to check. I'm a little confused by your Exclude Items however. You appear to be excluding all strings - why would you want to do that?
