I have a customer who has reported that the license service stops running in his server after some time of inactivity, so they need to restart the service in order to use my network application. If they don't use the program for a few weeks the service is down again.

This seems to me like something related to Windows configuration in the server, but I wanted to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the license service itself. Thank you.

Have you got them to check the windows error logs to see if their are any errors that maybe are causing the server to shutdown
