Hi.
I have made a purchase using IPN.NET, which generated an email sent to me with an attached XML.
I try to import the XML file into License Tracker.
I added the PayPalIPN.xml content into the Distributor tab "Sale Import".
I have a single produt named "Auto Reply Robot Express Edition" in my License Tracker.
When I try to import the XML in question, with the line:
| Code: | | <item_name1>Auto Reply Robot Express Edition</item_name1> |
I get this errorfrom the import:

Error Importing Sales Data
---------------------------
The following error occurred while importing:
The product reference (Auto Reply Robot Express Edition) could not be resolved to a product.
Do you want to continue importing?

You have to define the product reference used by the distributor (PayPal IPN) to identify the product. For IPN.NET the distributors reference is just the product name ie "Auto Reply Robot Express Edition". To define the product reference open the Distributors Tab in License Tracker and expand the distributor to display the Product References for each defined product. You can then just enter the Product References.
