I am evaluating your ILS (v3.5.0) licensing software and am interested in your IPN software. I have a C# Winforms application that I want to license. I am in the process of building a new DotNetNuke (DNN) web site for my company and I would like to know if the ILS and the IPN can be integrated into the DNN web site.

IPN.NET uses a single ASP.NET 2.0 page to handle IPN posts from PayPal. Provided you are running .NET 2.0 or later on your server you should be able to run this on the same ASP.NET server that is running your DNN web site.
We provide full C# source code for IPN.NET.
